This recipe works great with yellow squash or zucchini! Feel free to use both as well.
Cut up as you prefer:
Squash and/or Zucchini
Onion
We like them in inch cubes but slices are nice too, about a quarter inch thick.
Sautee in a pan until a bit brown all over with:
Butter
Salt
Pepper
Dash of garlic if you like
Top with:
Parmesan
