Mexican Wedding Cakes

Cream together:

2 sticks of butter
½ cup of powdered sugar

Add, then mix together:

2 cups of flour
1 tablespoon of water
1 teaspoon of vanilla

Add, then mix together:

1 cup chopped nuts

Take out of bowl and roll into oblong roll or square (shape of a log).
Wrap with wax paper then freeze.

After the log is frozen, heat oven to 350º.

Cut log into ¾ inch slices.

Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake for about 20 minutes. 

Let cool then roll (or shake in zip lock bag) in powdered sugar.
