Wilted Leaf Lettuce Salad

Hard boil and peel:

2 eggs

Tear into a bowl:

2 large bunches of leaf lettuce

Add to lettuce and mix:

salt
pepper
2 teaspoons sugar
2 green onions (sliced)

Fry until crisp then crumble into lettuce bowl:

4 slices of bacon

Add to pan where you fried the bacon, leaving the bacon drippings:

ΒΌ cup salad vinegar
2 tablespoons water

Heat to boiling point than pour over lettuce. Toss until wilted.

Quarter the hard boiled eggs to garnish the salad when serving.
