Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix together in a bowl:
1 package red velvet cake mix
½ cup oil
2 tablespoons water
2 eggs
Add to mixture and mix until evenly distributed:
12 ounce package of white chocolate chips
Spray a cookie sheet with vegetable oil then drop mixture by the spoonful onto the baking sheet.
Bake at 350° degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
Let cool slightly before removing from baking sheets.
Optional: Frost with cream cheese frosting.
