Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole

Thaw for 30 minutes:

2 pounds frozen hash browns

Preheat oven to 350º.

Combine hash browns with rest of ingredients:

1 diced onion
2 cups sour cream
1 cup cream of chicken soup
8 oz grated cheddar cheese
½ cup melted butter
¼ teaspoon salt
pre-cubed cooked ham (optional)

Mix well and put into a 9×13” pan. 

Bake at 350º for 55 minutes or until golden brown.
