Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Peel and core:
2 large apples
Unroll:
1 pkg. Refrigerated rolled pie crust
Butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, then cut into 8 pieces each.
Roll each piece of apple in a piece of pie crust.
Place in greased pan large enough not to crowd.
Melt:
½ cup butter
Mix the butter into:
1 cup water
Add to the butter water:
½ cup white sugar
½ cup brown sugar
½ tsp vanilla
Pour mixture over apples in pan.
Sprinkle a bit of cinnamon sugar over the top.
Bake for 45 minutes.
