Christmas Bark

Makes: 40 Pieces

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Place crackers in a layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet with sides. Otherwise, it will stick.

1 sleeve saltine crackers

Melt in a medium sauce pan:

1 cup butter
½ cup light brown sugar

Cook 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

Pour butter-sugar mixture over crackers. Spread evenly.

Bake 15 minutes.

Remove from oven. Sprinkle with:

1 bag semi-sweet chocolate morsels (12oz)

When they start to melt, spread evenly over entire layer of crackers.

Sprinkle on top:

1 cup chopped nuts

Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Remove from refrigerator and crack into pieces.
